Service Description. This Site describes Handyman Service, Handyman, Furniture Assembly Service, Drywall Repair, Floor Installation, Home Remodel, Tile Installation, Tile Repair provided by FOX HANDYMAN SERVICE LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to FOX HANDYMAN SERVICE LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. FOX HANDYMAN SERVICE LLC makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of FOX HANDYMAN SERVICE LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify FOX HANDYMAN SERVICE LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. UT law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of UT, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
